Making a Difference
Participants complete the program having gained a deeper understanding of their community and where they can make a positive impact. Many of the key organizations involved in the program engage CLS alumni in their operations, which strengthens area ties, bolsters growth, and fosters new opportunities within the community.
Since 2006, a total of 147 individuals have participated in the program, and they have told us it’s the best way to increase their ability to make a difference in the community. Some of our alumni share where they volunteer:
